Deploying a New Meeting Insights Customer

Meeting Insights customers are deployed from AudioCodes Live Service Delivery Platform. After the Service Provider's admin deploys a customer, the customer's admin sets up basic use of Meeting Insights for the enterprise's users.

Service Provider admins should follow the procedure described here to quickly deploy Meeting Insights customers.

To deploy a Meeting Insights customer:
1. Add the customer, as described in Adding Customers in the Operation Center Portal section.
2. Open the Customers page (Topology > Customers).
3. In the list of customers, click the check box corresponding to the customer for which you want to deploy Meeting Insights, and then from the Add Service drop-down list, choose Meeting Insights, as shown in the example below:

The Tenant Management page opens, displaying the New Meeting Insights Tenant form:

The icon indicates that once you configure the field, you can't change it for the tenant in the future. If you want to change the field's setting, you'll need to delete the tenant and create a new tenant again.

4. Fill in the form according to the parameters described in the following table:

Parameter

Description

Customer Information

Company Name

Type a the unique name of the Microsoft 365 tenant (up to 128 characters).

Domain

Type a unique domain (up to 64 characters), for example, "companyname.com".

Short Company Name

Type a unique short company name.

Note the following rules:

Limited to 32 characters
The following characters cannot be used: \ / : * ? " < > |
Can contain letters (lower/UPPER case)
Numbers and special characters are allowed but cannot contain a full stop (.) or blank spaces
Hyphens are allowed but not at the beginning or at the end and not one after another

Contact Email Addresses

Type the email addresses of those in the company who can be contacted and will receive the email notifications.

Customer Initial Administrator UPNs

Type the user principal names (UPN). Each comprises the UPN prefix (user account name) and UPN suffix (DNS domain name). The prefix is joined with the suffix using the "@" symbol. For example, "someone@example.com". For the full access default administrator, users are able to access the Meeting Insights application and set it up for the organization.

Click Add after each entry.

Select the type of users purchased by the Customer:

Essential Users
Pro Users

Included Users

Type the number of licensed users to include in the tenant. The Purchase Order (PO) indicates the number.

Allow to Exceed Included Users

Note: Currently, this feature is always disabled and can't be changed (fields grayed out). In other words, the configured number of licensed users (above) cannot be exceeded.

From the drop-down list, select the location of where meeting recordings' media and insights are stored.

Bring Your Own Blob Storage(BYOS)

Enables the BYOS feature, which allows the tenant to use its own Azure Blob storage account (container) for meeting recordings' media and insights.

Select the Microsoft speech-to-text language option:

All languages - allows all languages for speech-to-text.
Manual selection - allows a specific language(s) for speech-to-text. From the drop-down list, select the language(s). The default is English.

Enables the tenant to exceed the number of monthly hours for AI functionality (specified in the 'AI Monthly Hours' field above), allowing a pay-as-you-go pricing model.

Manual Speaker Enrollment

Enables speaker enrollment, which allows a speaker to be replaced by another user. This is done on the Player page using the 'Filter by speakers' option and affects all avatars denoting the user (speaker, transcription, and action items).

Geographical Redundancy Storage

Enables geographical redundancy storage (GRS) in a paired region for data disaster recovery, to protect call recording data from disruptions that may occur in one location.

5. Click Deploy; Live Platform starts creating the tenant and processing the tenant in the Live Platform and the progress is displayed under the Status group.
6. Wait until all statuses are completed successfully and the "Tenant successfully deployed" message is displayed, as shown in the following example:
