Deploying a New Meeting Insights Customer
Meeting Insights customers are deployed from AudioCodes Live Service Delivery Platform. After the Service Provider's admin deploys a customer, the customer's admin sets up basic use of Meeting Insights for the enterprise's users.
Service Provider admins should follow the procedure described here to quickly deploy Meeting Insights customers.
➢ | To deploy a Meeting Insights customer: |
1. | Add the customer, as described in Adding Customers in the Operation Center Portal section. |
2. | Open the Customers page (Topology > Customers). |
3. | In the list of customers, click the check box corresponding to the customer for which you want to deploy Meeting Insights, and then from the Add Service drop-down list, choose Meeting Insights, as shown in the example below: |
The Tenant Management page opens, displaying the New Meeting Insights Tenant form:
The icon indicates that once you configure the field, you can't change it for the tenant in the future. If you want to change the field's setting, you'll need to delete the tenant and create a new tenant again.
